Southern Comfort

Southern Comfort is a day boat, which holds up to a recommended maximum of 8 people.  She has a fully equipped galley with full size
cooker, fridge and hot water facilities.

Large cushioned seating area with removable table and a cloakroom
with toilet and wash hand basin.

Prices start from £85.00 and vary depending on which day of the season
the boat is required. 

A day trip on one of our boats can make it a memorable day for any occasion be it anniversary, special birthday, works outing or just something different to do with family or friends.

Jack Daniels

Jack Daniels dining area and galley

Jack Daniels is a dayboat with overnight facilities that can be hired by the day, overnight or for a multiple of days. 

It holds up to 12 people for the day or is a 4 berth for overnight.  

There is  a fully equipped galley, with full size cooker, fridge, hot water 
after 10 minutes cruising and diesel central heating. There is a large cushioned seating area at the bow, that converts to a double,
a dining area which also converts to a double and a shower room with
toilet and wash basin.

Prices start from £95.00 per day and vary depending on which day the boat is required. 

THE BOATS ARE AVAILABLE FROM 9.00 am AND  RETURNED BY 6.00 pm

FOR OVERNIGHT OR A MULTIPLE OF DAYS
9.00am ON THE FIRST DAY AND RETURNED BY 6.00 pm ON THE LAST DAY

THE ROUTE FOR DAYBOAT HIRE

The usual route is from the marina heading east towards Pewsey
passing several small villages with their own churches and of course Public Houses,
of which there are four either close to the canal or a short walk away and all serve good quality meals. 
Of course you could picnic on the boat or on a wide part of the towpath, and there are quite a few places that would suit on the way.  Alternatively, travelling west to Devizes and stopping at the wharf, to visit the canal museum and the town.

MULTI-DAY ROUTE

Alternatively if you hire for a few days, you could head west towards Bath with the challenge
of the 29 locks of Caen Hill Flight
or east towards Hungerford through the Pewsey Vale.
